Nonna Rudneva, Esq.

Associate Nonna Rudneva works closely with community associations and their boards of directors to assist in the management of their common interest developments. In addition to day-to-day operational and general corporate matters, she advises on interpreting and enforcing the restrictions applying to common interest developments.

Ms. Rudneva previously worked as in-house counsel for privately held corporations assisting them with their operations and regulatory compliance. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and Bachelors in Criminal Justice, Minor in Philosophy from Sacramento State University. While in law school, Ms. Rudneva was a legal intern at Baydaline & Jacobsen LLP working on community association legal matters.
